to be more clear, if users are just using the app (as I do nowdays) they will be asked for cash and credit pricing for some stations. and those app users like me will enter it. The website will show the "credit" pricing entered. So desipte the FAQ, the app/website interaction is different than what the FAQ suggests. if you enter the cash price for those stations, the app will display your reported price as the credit price in the app. app users will know that is incorrect and fix the price back to the credit price. thus the app users and website users are always at odds if the FAQ is followed.

sorry, reporting the cash price is wrong for the app. so if you're using the app, you're reporting the right thing and the website is wrong. I reported the correct price for that station via the app. what showed up on the website was the credit price as a result. I'm not going to start reporting the cash price in the credit field so that you can follow the FAQ. make sense?

in my testing of the app vs the website for stations that have the feature of "different cash/credit pricing", the website always records to the app's "credit" price and the app always records the station's credit price as the current price (as there can only be one price for the website since the website doesn't support both cash/credit pricing). While this suggests a bug, it also implies that the FAQ is wrong and in order to prevent problems, the website must report the credit price or else the app is always wrong and users of the app will see and report prices inconsistently with the website users.
