Michael, Ravensoft is in Middleton, That is on the west side of Madison. If you are into apartment living, there are plenty to chose from on that side of town. It is also the safest part of the Madison area. Living west of Middleton is also nice but Hwy 14 is a dog to drive in the winter. As far as housing and good schools I would reccomend Waunakee. I have a old fishing friend that lives there and he has never had a bad thing to say about the city.
