Congratulations on hitting 1500 consecutive days. Keep it going.

He sure did, set all kinds of records. Want him to do it again this Sunday night!

Well going by their record this season, win-lose-win-lose, win-lose, they are set to lose this week....unfortunately.

Hooky, I have decided that whenever I have the opportunity to watch the Tigers, Lions, Pistons, Red Wings or Wolverines, I'm going to read books instead. I think that would be of more benefit to me now since none of those teams seem capable of providing a season worth investing in. My wife and I are still planning to visit my friend in Payson in May.

again, other than the odd job or two now and then. Plus, it's better than nothing and better than unemployment or food stamps or even both of them together. I just hope I can save enough during the next few weeks and still get the things I need to keep me going if the income is gone or reduced. I worked there back in 2000, so it's been kind of like a refresher course in a sense being there.

Hey hooky! Well, the job goes. LOL! It's not what I want, but for now, it's some sort of income. There is no real future at the company as they're not a growing business really to speak of. If I can help them to grow and diversify, maybe they'll compensate me better, put me to use elsewhere in the company, etc. Most likely though, between the middle of November and early February, I'm going to be hitting the job posting sites, and even a bit during the interim as well. $10 an hour doesn't pay well enough to keep an apartment, nor other necessities in life, and the food stamps I now get will be gone in a month or so. Saving money is very difficult for those of us making less than $14 an hour today, and even at $15 to $20 it's not that easy either as I know quite a few making $16 to $25 and most of them have cut back and can see what's on the horizon as I can. But, it's a job and income and I do my best every day, hope the best for the company, etc. It's good to have some sort of income

I'm not going to argue that point.

He was phenomenal hook. If they had put the foot to the metal all game, he would have thrown for close to 600 yards. Their no huddle offense should easily lead them to the playoffs. The Lions started out well too.

Have a great Labor Day and week ahead.
