"OK. Where are the warmer winters they promised before?" Overall, the winter is warmer thus far compared to the average. We're certainly warmer down here, not even one day below 35 degrees here and we generally have at least two or more per year. The rest of the world is not seeing record cold temperatures and that's reasonable. When hot air rises, it's goes up really high, and when it get's there, it gets really cold and comes back down and then you get colder weather.
