1. Motor vehicle fuel is NOT a necessity.
2. Motor vehicle fuel tax pays for the infrastructure necessary to our society.
3. The military pays you every cent you are owed. It does NOT pay you to the nearest dollar -- never has.
4. There ARE provisions for fractions of a cent -- they're called MILL LEVIES. Check your property taxes.

Good point you had about Nascar and Ethanol that I hadn't thought of. Two Childress cares blew up at Daytona. A Gibbs car at Phoenix, then a pre-race engine change and another blowup for Gibbs at Las Vegas. A lot of engine failures from some very good engine programs
