"About 50% of the time these predictions are wrong." It all depends actually. I warn people about one to three days in advance of the prices going up at the pump just like i did between last Thursday and Monday. Our prices are up here by four to 10 cents at the pump now. I'm usually right, but every now and then I don't hit it right and sometimes when I hit it and give folks a price, I'm right on the money or in the ball park. I've been doing it for years. We'll go down again, and most likely lower, then everyone will be getting happy about it and then we'll see the prices go up. I still give it two to five years to get to the $5 to $14 a gallon.
