"How long will this last?" Somewhere between one to seven weeks. Technically speaking though, it's higher now than it ever was under Bush. It averaged $3.23 for the year in 2008 but it hit that record high in July at $4.09 a gallon that year. It's been $3.45 a gallon and higher for the average now ever since 2011 under Obama, so everyone is paying more today than then. Feel free to share that information. Just remember, it's never down for long and it won't be down forever. It'll be going down just in time for the elections as well; most likely just as it has in the past.
Congratulations on 9 years of GB and earning 1.95 MM points. 2 MM right around the corner. I see your taillights. Lets be buddies Thanks. Shep

Ok to all you guys badmouthing SAAB. Here is some History. Saab pioneered front wheel drive in the 60"s before most companies were interested. Saab cars had roll cages built in in the 60's. They built the first production Turbo Sedan for the average public. They invented the 3-way catalytic converter that now is in every car made today.
Their midsized car got 29 MPG going 75 MPH back in the 70's.( it had a top end of 130 MPH too!) In 1970 Saab introduced energy absorbing crumple zones that became the industry standard 10 years later. Saab was one of the first cars that was designed for aerodynamics . My 1970 Saab had a .29 coefficient of drag. My 2010 Prius was only able to improve that to .26 40years later. These people changed the Auto industry. Away from GM maybe we can see even more innovation. Give them a break.I hope Saab Survives!!
