Now the verdict is still out but I have zero problems other than brakes (normal maintenance) and a taillight switch ever having gone wrong on either. I may be nuts but so far I have been successful in my experiment. I change the oil at 5000 miles, not even the 3000 that some do. I do not work for ethanol or oil in any way, I work for a communications commpany. If I have an agenda, it's just to get the truth out there. If my Hyundai experiment goes wrong, I will disclose the fialure and mileage that it occurred at.

Hi Meddig, you asked this question somewhere... can't recall. Here's my deal, I own a 2006 Hyundai (101,000 miles) and a 2009 Hyundai (55,000 miles). After researching I decided to be a ginua pig, and run E-30 or higher forever in these two non Flex Fuel Vehicles to see if there was any truth to the information stating that ethanol was not harmful. If I ended up hurting my vehicles, so be it, but I had read alot of things and concluded, before I began, that it wouldn't hurt a thing. And in fact, may extend the life of these Korean imports.
