You are welcome. Insurance companies are sometimes odd birds. A truck that left the local land fill here got in front of me and a huge rock came flying out of it and shattered my windshield ( happened to my wife also about 6 months later),. I got the driver to finally pull over and called police, driver called his boss and left, police came, told them what happened and nothing hecould do. Called my insurance company and they said they just pay those things, I refused to pay deductible and all ok with them. It was easier to just pay vclaim. So to answer your question, hard telling. Would require auto companies to work together and other things.

This year's anniversary will be #26 for me. The lines are to tell her that I still enjoy flirting with her.

60+ MPG? I am jealous. Prius may be my next car if I do not hold out for an Elio. As to you your question about my quote, "Yes, dyed in the wool, true blue, through and through." RU.1.2? At this time, I am collecting funny lines. Feel free to add to the list. http://www.phoenixgasprices.com/Forum_MSG.aspx?master=9&category=1333&topic=580671

Thanks for the link. There was a law here where it was illegal according to an former IMPD officer. It was on the books but rarely enforced.

I have friends in high places, as we say here, under the Gold Dome, so I Could get the pushed through the Legislature I feel confident if you think it's important and it would save lives. I remember it being stated as illegal at some point but either way I would recommend wearing shoes while driving as I would other safe tactics. I DONT believe in over legislating society though, but If the behavior that we are discussing could potentially Harm Others then it may need to be considered (as in loss of or less control of a vehicle due to not wearing shoes) DUI puts others in harms way, BUT although I believe in wearing Seatbelts, that is the government "protecting me from my choices" which would result in my harm not to others typically so I believe in the device but NOT the Laws. I think the smart driver would wear shoes when operating a vehicle, thats my opinion (I am sure we Could get in on the books if you wanted to persue it)....
