So you trolling the threads today? I found the tax rate isssue extremely interesting and was prettty much floored by all the various districts within a municipality, Of course you were correct concerning the various useage taxes. I suppose there are many tax payers (I included) that were not aware of the various taxes we ultimately pay.

LOL..Intersting to have different accounts, monikers, and passwords for various outlets on Gas Buddie. You apperently must have signed in originally on the Missouri Site, however I've only seen your posts and comments on the St. Louis affiliation. I sort of looked at Tamrack's position at #1 and he is still active somewhere as he has some consecutive days going. He may have moved to another region, but never contacted the Mods to change membership to a different site. Come to think of it, I've never noticed a post from Tamrack on the St, Louis site. I suppose stranger things have happened. In your status, I probably wouldn't contact the Mods either..They have other trolling business to attend to unless you care to find out how to sign in and what e-mail address you may used.. I'm certain I joined the St. Louis site, but have ventured to the Missouri forum now and again. I used to travel quite a bit and always used the various sites on my path to hone in on the cheaper spots to

I use different passwords, and different email addresses for EVERY site I'm at on the Internet, and have for years (long before Gas Buddy). But the ones "according to my secret rules on forming new email addresses and passwords" don't work on the MO gas site. I guess I could contact a Mod and ask them to validate me through the St. Louis board to help me recover login info for the MO board, but I probably won't bother... I haven't used it (MO gas buddy as Insouciant) for years and probably don't need to get to it!

here's one more piece of confusing info! I'm not logged in on the MissouriGasPrices.com site and have no idea what my login credentials are! (they don't seem to be the same Insouciant/password I use here) But I can see my rank now on the Missouri Points Leaders page even though not logged in. laughing at "dead last" with 35000 points. yes, it does say my "home site" is Missouri! I really haven't paid attention to the ranks and methodology the last few years - but isn't this why Tamrack (or who is number 1 on St. Louis site) is still #1 though he hasn't been around for years - because he first signed up here this is his home site?!!? making more sense now.

laughs - which did you join? I don't remember where I first signed up this ID, etc. Was there both then? But thanks for the lead - I have used the MO gas buddy site a few times when planning trips (to get gas prices west of here) but wouldn't have thought to see if I was ranked on that site!

That's what threw me off, as I've always seen your posts on the St. Louis Site. If you look next to your monicker, it shows you are a member of the Misouri Gas Buddie Site. Under the Missouri Leaders Board you are 3 from the bottom at 1131. Some one below you named One_Up and then the dude at the bottom with a Monicker of Dead_Last brings up the rear at 35K. Traveler2001 is bringing up the rear on the St. Louis Site. Do you recall when you first came on board, did you join the St. Louis Site or Missouri's? And Thank You..

wow - well when I looked yesterday I still wasn't on it! "Traveller" was the lowest at 35075 points and I'm nowhere to be found. still. LOL. laughs - thanks for the compliment! My Bad! I made a glaring mistake and was looking at the Leader Board for St. Louis site and didn't see you at the bottom of the list. Now that I looked where I actually was I can clearly see you three from the bottom. But as I said in an earlier post, "You'll stick out no matter if you're at the top or bottom of the list."
