Citgo in Surfside: the one you deleted is in the path of Hwy. 31 (a.k.a. I-73). The extended highway will dump into 17 in the Surfside/Garden City area so get ready. This will be the southern terminus of Future I-73 which will eventually run to Detriot. N.C. already has some I-73 signs in place.
