I'm right at Central and Camelback... if you know where that is, yes... that is a lot of driving... I haven't been to Mormon Lake or Payson for that matter in years... ok... I'll see if I can figure out the switch thing... thanks CactusBobs....

Sometimes, I believe that these forums should be purged and started over. People who start the same nonsensical topics over and over should be banned.

Hi CactusBobs: Titanic 1985 told me about you telling him that my 1992 Buick Roadmaster had a control arm bushings problem. You are right. That is the problem. I have a question for you. To repair this do I have to remove the ball joints. They are in good shape. The control arm is one rod with a nut on both sides. I also found out today that when they did a wheel alignment their are no shims on one of the bolts. You can see where their was at one time. But the bushings do have dry rot. I was told that some cars you don't need to remove the ball joints. Thanks again for the info. Carl

I received a call and was told they hadn't touched the refrigerant, but had added an extra quart of oil which caused the vibration. They said to bring it in and they'll check my vehicle again. My truck has a lope rather than vibration now. I'll post again after I've had it checked out.

>when A CEO makes a million dollars a WEEK! something's wrong .< No, when a sports figure makes a million dollars a week something's wrong. No CEO out there makes a million dollars a week.

Hi Cactus, Thanks for commenting on my using solvent post. I used paint thinner and it increased my mileage back to where it was and I passed the CA smog with over 300K miles on the car. But it's a HONDA! I've been do it myselfing on cars since I was a child learning from my dad his mechanic friends and what I find out myself. Most of the time I can do it but it takes a while...
