apparently the rate payers will pay for the costs of power distribution in more ways than just with their wallets... the quality of life is impacted by the visual stimulation one gets each day during their life... I wish I could drive a country road in the mountains any day than to have to look at this road to work or school 5 days a week... thanx for your notice.. these pictures are the best reason I can think of for on-site generation of power thru solar, wind, or geo...now if we could only store it on site for our use later..
