Happy New Year!

looks like I got cut off...
Tighten the 1 inch fitting to no more than about 60ft.lb. To install cut your heater hose and slip the hose over the 5/8 barbed fittings and seal with hose clamps. Last be sure to burp and top off your cooling system.
Always start your engine before plugging in your heater element. The element will just burn out if it is plugged in for very long with out coolant flowing over it.

You wanted to know about my coolant heater. If you want to build one go to the hard ware store. Select a threaded heating element wattages range from 600 to 5500 watts voltages are 110 to 220. 110 volt is the easiest to use by far, note you can use 110 on a 220 volt element. BUT if you use 110 on a 4400w 220v or bigger element it will likely pop your 20amp circuit breaker. Next go to the plumbing section and focusing on the 1 inch section loosly assemble your heater housing tube. Start off by sliding a 1'' T fitting on to your element then install the proper 4-6-8 or 10 inch pipe to house the element onto the T fitting. Then all you have to do is find the right combonation of fittings to reduce the remaining 2 openings from 1'' down to your heater hose size, which is likely 5/8''. Then when you get home RTV the heater element to pipe T and use the provided O-ring because the pipe threads are tapered and the heating element threads are not and teflon tape every thing else. Tighten the 1
