Maybe Republicans shouldn't have guns?

"Republican candidate who finished fifth in the June primary race for governor of California was arrested Friday as a suspect in a Fresno County shooting that left one man wounded and a horse dead, officials said.."

Rumor has it the horse was a Democrat

Kudos to all of you and humor. This was, of course, never intended as a serious topic. Hence the over the top title. Now back to horsing around.

>>Maybe it was the Horse that got shot in Dean Wermers Office by Flounder?<<

If you're gonna reference Animal House, at least get the facts right. Flounder didn't shoot the horse. He pointed the gun to the ceiling, and also the gun was filled with blanks. The horse apparently died of a heart attack.

Well, around here all elected officials love the horses! I see them at Keeneland all the time. Granted Keeneland is a step above Santa Anita or Belmont, but, it is still a racetrack.

The horse musta been one of them democrats. A Republican horse is smart enough not to stand there and let someone shoot at them. You dont hear of very many Republican horses getting shot do you.

Odd, after all of your comments in other threads, worryfree, that you would turn around a use a Broad Brush fallacy and make a topic like that bashing conservatives...

That's OK, since, from now on, when you complain about conservatives doing that, I'll just post a link to this thread...

From the OP:

"Champ finished fifth out of 15 candidates for governor in the June 3 primary, receiving 76,066 votes.

by Jean Merl

He had a strong showing at the polls despite media reports before the election that he is a registered sex offender who spent more than a decade in state prison. He was convicted of crimes including voluntary manslaughter and assault with intent to commit rape."

That explains it. Doubtless, he was popular among California Democrats!

The horse probably was a Democrat. And voted in the last four elections. And will probably continue to vote now that he's dead...

Yawn! OP to be followed by a list of arrested and/or convicted Democrats, to be followed by a list of arrested and/or convicted Republicans, to be followed by a lot of personal insults of both Republicans and Democrats.
