Let's try to keep track of where Pres. Obama is on any given day....while the world falls apart.

You can also guess what he and John Kerry are doing about anything on any given day.

Has anyone noticed the deer in the headlights look on the prez lately? I mean he has always seemed like he was unprepared but always seemed to be able to act like he was confident. But lately he really is starting to look like he's totally clueless. I think he's beginning to realize he can't just go out there and say it's sunny on a rainy day and expect the press to report it anymore. Even many (obviously not all) his supporters are seeing it too.

Procrastinating? Dithering? Delaying? Avoiding? Playing golf? Attending a fundraiser? Stumping for a candidate? Blaming someone? Ignoring his advisors? Appointing political hacks to positions they are nowhere near qualified to perform in? All of the above?

I don't blame President Obama for the fact that Ebola exists. My criticism of him revolves around his inability to effectively manage anything including protecting Americans from the current Ebola outbreak. The fact that Obama's first response to the Ebola outbreak was to state that "it's unlikely to come to the US" only highlights his poor judgment.

"President Obama has appeared at zero public campaign events this cycle, opting instead to tap into his fundraising prowess to boost Democratic candidates behind closed-doors."

Think that has anything to do with GOP'ers making their election bids about campaigning against Obama, rather than the candidate they are 'actually' running against?

McConnell is a prime example in his attacks on Grimes....

'Vote for me because yo udon't like Obama'!

Sad.

In Run-Up To Midterms, Obama Scarce From Campaign Trail ... But doing his part on the Money side...

"Just three weeks to go until the midterm elections and with control of the Senate hanging in the balance, candidates are scrambling toward the finish line.

One key figure, however, has been largely absent: President Obama.

President Obama has appeared at zero public campaign events this cycle, opting instead to tap into his fundraising prowess to boost Democratic candidates behind closed-doors."

In honor of Columbus Day, the President may use this opportunity to praise the Supreme Court decision on gay marriage while taking shots at the Catholic church, evalangelical Protestant groups, or anyone who dares voice opposition to this "enlightened viewpoint". In other words, business as usual.

"WHAT DOES THE WHITE HOUSE SAY ABOUT THIS

White House deputy press secretary Eric Schultz says it's "more conducive" to bar the media when Obama isn't delivering prepared remarks and just wants to have a more informal discussion with supporters. Schultz says media access to the president's fundraisers has improved greatly since Obama took office because reporters get to hear him deliver prepared remarks at private homes. He attributed the change to the administration's "commitment to transparency.""

LOL, could we see the expense for the 3 day trip to the west coast for the closed door visits with "supporters" and how much the public paid compared to the DNC?

>>>White House deputy press secretary Eric Schultz says it's "more conducive" to bar the media when Obama isn't delivering prepared remarks and just wants to have a more informal discussion with supporters.<<<

It was an informal talk with supporters during which Mitt Romney uttered his now-infamous "47%" remark that might have cost him the Presidency.

O, where is a hidden camera when we really need it?

Obama raising money in California for Democrats

10-11-14

"Two of the four events he's attending during three days in Los Angeles and San Francisco are closed-door. No media are allowed in.

WHAT DOES THE WHITE HOUSE SAY ABOUT THIS

White House deputy press secretary Eric Schultz says it's "more conducive" to bar the media when Obama isn't delivering prepared remarks and just wants to have a more informal discussion with supporters. Schultz says media access to the president's fundraisers has improved greatly since Obama took office because reporters get to hear him deliver prepared remarks at private homes. WHAT DO OPEN GOVERNMENT ADVOCATES SAY

Kathy Kiely, managing editor of the Sunlight Foundation, says keeping the press out "seems a bit hypocritical" for someone who promised the most transparent administration in history. Kiely says that whatever a president says or does can affect the country and that denying access to reporters also denies access to the public."

No time to hit the links when you're soaking up Gwyneth Paltrow's praise: "You're so handsome that I can't speak properly,"

I would love to see Michelle Obama roll her eyes at Gwyneth making such a fool of herself. She admires him because they're got exactly the same personality types. They're both highly accomplished narcissists.

At least he’s not holding a coffee cup in his hands

"This photo published by the Chicago Sun-Times shows an annoyed looking Obama lifting his right hand to his head while extending his right thumb. The salute looks more Vulcan.
Obama flew in to Gary because the major Chicago airports are still troubled after the arson fire that damaged air traffic control."

He probably looked annoyed because he had to fly in on the 757.
Can't miss those fundraisers though.

reb4, the missed days were due to installing windows 7 at my local puter shop. Everything on the old puter had to be copied and transferred to the new hard drive.

They also installed a new spreadsheet program called Open Office 4.0.1.
It replaces the Microsoft programs and it is FREE.
