Is our government on autopilot, with no leadership in the Presidency....which leaves a scary culture for everyone to do their own thing. Does President Obama truly does not "know anything about" issues when they come up.

Whether he knows what is going on and lies, or he has no leadership skills, either way I do not have confidence in our current Administration.

Is he truly ignorant or incompetent?

I thought we could share here all the crisis that came up that he "knew nothing about"?

Where does the buck stop? Who do we hold accountable?

Kind of makes Clint Eastwood’s empty chair talk look very realistic.

mweyant...." Unless he is convicted of breaking a law, we cannot hold him "accountable."

We can remember the Alamo (or Benghazi, Fast and Furious, privacy breaches, Obamacare, the list goes on and on, and we can remember the lying...and we can vote in midterms.

We better vote.

Obama Adm warned in memo 1 month before roll out there were several problems.
Sebelius told CNN last week that Obama didn't know of the problems with the site -- even though insurance companies had complained and the site crashed during a pre-launch test run -- until after it went live.

Oh, oh, guess she forgot the memo and Pres. Obama forgot also...the memo he got on the problems with Obamacare 1 mo before GO day, either that or it is just another lie.

We fight like heck at all attempts to change the Constitution, and vote him and his values-free companions out of office. I think he is ignorant about how to keep a country truly free, and competent about promoting wealth redistribution. Unless he is convicted of breaking a law, we cannot hold him "accountable."

It is scary and every time something goes wrong he uses the same excuse. It is like listening to a scratched record jumping back to the same spot each turn (for those that remember what a scratched record sounds like).

BTW, surprised we have not seen the ODS post from one of our favorite liberals yet.

He has yet to assume the presidency from Bush, at least that is what he is often leading us to believe. Although lately he is slowly changing his failed policies to "the republicans are making this happen".

"Does President Obama truly does not "know anything about" issues when they come up."

He seems to know everything about the issues that don't make him and his administration look like bumbling fools or criminals.
Anything controversial or harmful and he's no where to be found.

What bothers is that I doubt he knew all the stuff in the bill. I doubt very much that he read it and simply endorsed it based on what his advisers told him. The better question is who wrote this thing? I guess it wasn't the senate based on the "pass it to see whats in it" statement.

Let's say, he knew...and lied to us about all the things he said he never knew about...that scares me even more, as he has a culture going where folks under him are told to not inform him of anything....he may feel that that way he does not look guilty of mismanagement... but, the place still seems to be one mess after another. Are we on autopilot?

Isn't it interesting that ignorance on the part of the person in charge is being touted as a virtue? For those of you who are supervisors or managers just imagine what would happen if the people who worked for you screwed up something really major and your boss calls you in demanding an explanation. You indignantly respond that it can't be your fault because you didn't know what they were doing.

Question: Will you still be employed at the end of the day?

I find it hard to believe Obama wasn't fully engaged on his signature program known as Obama Care®.
He even approves of it being called "Obama Care®"
Claims he likes the name because it implies that he cares.
So how could he not know about whats going on and what was going to happen with the millions of people getting booted or the fact that employers are cutting hours and health care and pushing their employees to the exchanges.
I think he knew and its just what he wants to happen.
More government dependency equals more Democrat votes.
It also doesn't hurt the ultimate goal of achieving single payer. The progressive health care equivalent of Disney World.
Long wait times and all.

>>I do not have confidence in our current Administration.<<

Unfortunately, we do not get to hold a "no confidence" vote like they do in European Parliaments. We had our chance to vote.......you can see the results. We do get another crack at it in another year, a little skirmish we call "mid-term elections" for all 435 members on the House and one third of the Senate.
You can express you lack of confidence then, but it will have little effect.
