Now the feds want to monitor our credit cards and mortgages. Just like the NSA. Nosy federal agency wants to monitor card use.

"Consumer Financial Protection Bureau officials are seeking to monitor four out of every five U.S. consumer credit card transactions this year — up to 42 billion transactions – through a controversial data-mining program, according to documents obtained by the Washington Examiner."

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was "established" under Dodd-Frank, not by a separate legislative law. It might be unconstitutional for that reason.

Trust us. Cordray might be a nice guy, but bureaucrats do what bureaucrats do, and I do not trust them.

Student loan forgiveness: What you don't know (but should) - The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau estimates that one-fourth of the American workforce may be eligible for repayment or loan-forgiveness programs.
That's becaseu they can't make enough money in Barack 0bama's America to pay back their load, so the democrats angle towards "buying" these voters forever by giving the m the biggest BailOut ever !!!

The resolution goes on to note that Obama nominated “Gina McCarthy for head of the Environmental Protection Agency, an environmental bureaucrat who supports anti-job/consumer policies,” “Richard Corday to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFRB), an unaccountable, unconstitutional agency created by the Dodd-Frank legislation,”

They got most of us suckered into using the electronic resources available, and now they try to own our information. Putting up legal firewalls late is better than never, though.
