Just saw a promo for a History 2 channel program. America has twice as many serial killers as the rest of the world. Why?

I read a article once, that said hitler was the worst serial killer ever.

Worry, could it be, that the rest of the world, has the same problem, but don't call them serial killers? It seems, that every country, has a different way of describing things.

Of course the worst serial killer of all time (that we know of) was active in the former Soviet Union. I think he killed well over a hundred victims, most of whom he found at a particular bus stop. I'm not sure what your point is here, Worryfree? Is this another attempt to claim guns are the root of all heinous crimes?
