From the heart of liberalism we find that they just do not fit into the scenery....

"After three days of deliberating, members of the committee found the project would have an “unreasonable adverse effect” on the aesthetics in the region, primarily the visual aesthetics, Michael J. Iacopino, attorney for the committee, said."

>>My problem is when you would force me to pay for your solar power or other pet projects, especially when they've been economic failures to date.<<

I've had solar panels on my house for over five years. One of the best investments that I have ever made. I highly encourage all of you to check into getting some solar panels for your homes.

And that's perfectly fine. That's YOUR choice.

My problem is when you would force me to pay for your solar power or other pet projects, especially when they've been economic failures to date.

oil, they only preach what you should do...not what they should do. Understanding liberalism should be a course taught in high school so we can avoid it later in life.

Yep.
Everybody is worried about AGW but no one wants to sacrifice anything to save the world.
This is why I don't think they really belive in what they preach.
