"Will Obama be impeached for dismantling the 2nd Amendment?"
Probably. After all, the Right-Wingers in the HOR apparently don't have anything of substance to occupy themselves with, so they might as well create some photo ops for their supporters back home and at the NRA, Heritage Foundation, etc..

I don't think Obama will be impeached for his executive orders. But the SCOTUS could declare them unconstitutional. The Congress could also make a case that Obama has overstepped his role as executive, and nullify his orders. I hope they do, as I believe this knee jerk reaction was thoughtless and made in foolish haste as a grandstand move for his uber-leftie supporters.

Madison - Madison police say a man with a history of mental illness planned to kill two people with an assault rifle he bought online.
The 20-year-old man was arrested Thursday. He's being held in the Dane County Jail.
Police spokesman Joel DeSpain says the intended victims were a 54-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man. DeSpain says the man was acquainted with both. He says an AK-47 assault rifle and ammunition were found in the man's Madison home.
The man's mother tells the State Journal her son had recently been hospitalized in the psychiatric unit at University Hospital. text deleted

"Hasn't happened and there are too few morons in Congress to get impeachment started" I beg to disagree with you on this one. After reviewing the bills, that the House of Rep. passed last year, there is a big bunch of them in Congress.

I was working at a Habitat for Humanity project yesterday and drove over to a small town for noontime dinner (applewood smoked New York strips, baked potato and green beans and a glass of water - all for $5) and the place was full of apparent locals. All were talking about the 2nd amendment and obama and as I observed the talk, one introduced himself as an FBI agent from Nebraska and the rest appeared to be local farmers and businessmen - anyhow, "all" were very much openly opposed to both the recent attacks on the 2nd amendment, and opposed to obama - except for 1 person sitting by himself. He never said a word, he ate his dinner, paid his bill and left. I'd guess he was either deaf and couldn't hear and participate in the group conversation, or - - -

Then there are the fighter jets headed to Egypt (did Congress even KNOW about those?). Laws are not meant to be made via executive order. Congress is supposed to make the laws, not the President.

We should make out maps of those congressional districts of those congressmen calling for President Obama's impeachment so we can boycott those districts.

Impeach? for what? Every time Obama sneezes the right comes out and cries IMPEACH!! IMPEACH!!
The executive orders he passed were just restatements of existing laws on the books, and a renewed effort to enforce them. The more far reaching ones are being considered by congress where they are supposed to. Its there that they will face scrutiny by the supreme court if they are illegal, which of course, would end up repealing them.
Thats how the government works. AKA not illegal, not an impeachable offense.

owt, "it would be racist", not racist at all. But in all fairness to the stupid in Congress they would certainly try it.

"Preemptive impeachment. There's the ticket!"
If they keep trying for every single thing he does, I guess they think eventually it will work.

He should be. In fact, one Texas Representative said he'll bring impeachment proceedings against him if he does.

Remember what happened with Bill Clinton? Republicans would be doing this at their own risk.
