Interestingly, in all of the discussion about restricting a person's right to self-defense (also known as gun control), nowhere is there any input from people who have been forced to use deadly force to preserve their lives or the lives of others. Nowhere. Why is that?

I don't know how you miss all the stories that are found in the news media.

One miscreant tried to rob an uncle of mine. Once he got the wallet and started walking away, my uncle retrieved his .38 revolver, retrieved his wallet, and turned the miscreant into the police.

The miscreant got free room and board from the Washington, DC government but his liberty and freedom were restricted during that time.
