A "general" description?
OK, I'll start this off, and you can start piling on more requests until we get to the classified stuff.
General description of CyberSecurity directive:
"We will be watching for anything we think is suspicious"
How about that? More details required? Like the details Petraeus gave the bimbo?
How far can Obama go before someone starts bemoaning the "fact" that he is giving away too much? "Helping the enemy"?
Where is that thin line that no one can, or will, define?
Just more political baiting. We are SO tired of hearing it.

There may be some statement of policy, list of cyberterrorist countries/groups, protocols or means of encryption mentioned that need not to be broadcast to the world. So, yeah, I can see this. However, there ought to be an UNCLASSIFIED general description (beyond the title) that will give the public a broad idea of what is going on. And I agree - so much for Obama and transparency. The two do not belong in the same paragraph.

"Transparent administration" does not mean releasing classified documents every Tom, Dick and Harry.
