There is more to it then what we know. The way I see it, the bottom line of this story is the Benghazi murdering of four Americans and the cover up that came later. It's not hard to see that a man like, General Petraeus, would have a hard time being the face of a cover up, even if this cover up was to protect his President. You have to remember that, General Petraeus, is a life long decorated soldier. I see it as he was given a choice to either go along with the cover up or face all that is coming down on him now. With the timing of the release of the information about the so call affair, knowing that this information is months old seems to prove that they used the affair to get rid of a good man. It is hard to see why the FBI has taken a number of steps even after they have found out that there was no laws broken. If a man of his statue should be removed from his position for the possible black mailing of him because of his affair then it's not to hard to feel that Obama should be impeached for his actions over Benghazi. I see another General has his own problems. This leads me to the question...what kind of culture did we have at the White House, that all this is happening. I mean who are the folks that Pres. Obama surrounds himself with, that tell him he can go to bed, while an consulate is under fire, destroyed, in fact. Then there is the matter of who recommended he lie and tell the whooper. Then who decided no one needed to tell him about Petraeus....? Then who said it would be a really good idea to leave town and go on the campaign trail the next day after Benghazi. Does he surround himself with idiots? or is it just him? It is one or the other......

They won't stop until they find a way to Blame him." To your reply I say, Noreen, there no conspiracy when you are looking at the facts. Knowing that the facts in question should have gone all the way up to the president himself. Unless you are willing to say, that the president is total incompetent and his entire White House is totally incompetent and they should be removed for the good of the country. So either it's a cover up or it's total incompetents. Either way, it's a disgrace and needs to be corrected. Ie if you could remove CIA Director, four star General, Petraeus then you should remove obama. Respectfully now, what's your point of view?

Even IF it is not about keeping him from testifying my question is why was all this kept until just a few days after the election? Hmm...another failure of leadership in not only the CIA but now also the DoD. By the time Obama is done every major government department in our government will have had a major coverup and/or corruption.

This is false because if he doesn't come on his own they could subpoena him to appear. And lets not forget Hillary. That some how she's not going to be around Thursday, today. She is going to be wasting tax payers money drinking wine down under in Australia. And to make things worst, obama is now running to make a public statement Thursday today, where he couldn't do a thing for two months on the murder of our heros in Libya before the election.
