Consumers don't need EIA. Speculators do.

Why do people get so excited when oil goes from around $100.00+ to around $100.00+ per barrel? If it goes from around $100.00+ to around $40.00+ let me know and I will share the excitement.

And still, prices at the pump remain stubbornly high. Someone's raking in the dough and it ain't the American public.

Inventories should be rising since there is less demand and as long as the refineries are operating. The shut downs over the summer were a major hiccup in production.

I will take savings at the pump any way I can get it but don't expect it to stay down for long. Of course, Oblamer will take the Chicken Little approach that the sky is falling but the government shutdown is now his fault as he urges the stock market to crash for leverage. Even Clinton was willing to negotiate as arrogant as he was. Give me a freaking break!!

Less federal government vehicles on the road should drive it up higher than 12% in the coming days too.
