I think the growth of China and India are still going to control the market more than just what we can produce in our own country in the future.

When we look at where our oil goes we wonder why there's such a need for the importing of so much. Oh, yeah, why have one transaction when two could generate more business.

if we uncapped our oil reserves, we would not need overseas oil. and why does all the oil we drill in Alaska get shipped away. makes no sense when we want to be energy independent.

High inventories in crude and lower inventories of gasoline indicates that either that they don't have the capacity to distillate all that crude or they are in conversion to the summer blend but I believe that is the first idea.

Thursday, gas went up 15 cents a gallon during the day, came back down 15 cents Friday morning and stayed there throughout Friday. Part of the buying cheap gas is timing. Just about NEVER buy Thursday afternoon. For a holiday weekend, buy on Wednesday.

$3.89 here. That's up 42 cents in the past couple of weeks so it really doesn't matter what their inventories are at now does it?
