WTI also slid as U.S. economic growth stalled in the first quarter.

Yet pump prices remain very high. Like most gas news, it doesn't all fit together.

Glad WTI is back below $100 per barrel; gas dropped $0.02 here yesterday from $3.38 to $3.36.

" ... crude inventories extended a record high in the U.S. ... "

If “U.S. oil inventories at record levels are weighing on prices,” then why is WTI still near $100.00 a barrel?

And the roller coaster ride of fuel prices under Oblamer will continue amid all his lies, coverups, scandals, failed economic & foreign policies, abuses of power, and gross incompetence. Working class taxpayers will continue to be screwed at the pump, with our utilities, & with our taxes while Oblamer pushes his tree hugging, stimulus sucking, union dominated, out of control spending, ultra liberal agenda at our expense. Stop this madness in Nov 2014 & start taking our country back before it's too late!

At $98.00 to $100.00 a barrel the crude is over price by $30.00 a barrel. At this time the gas price has gone up 30 cents in April in my area. Some how I do not feel like dancing in the street.

Oil should be in the $40 to $50/barrel range.
