You can drive a luxury car -- without making a hefty car payment. Whether you drive a compact, midsize or full-size sedan, crossover, or sport utility vehicle, there are plenty of used luxury cars for under $25,000 -- in some cases way under.

Bankrate asked ALG, which calculates vehicle values for dealers and auto loan lenders, to run the average values for affordable used luxury cars in average condition that are 5 years old or younger.

2010 Acura TSX
2008 BMW X3
2010 Volvo S80
2008 Lincoln Navigator
2010 Audi A4
2009 Cadillac SRX

The Acura, yes. Maybe the Audi, that's it. You can junk the rest!

Acura & BMW the only thing I'd consider out of the lists. The Audi looks nice but still have the taste in my mouth owning the "new" radical 5000's of the 80's

The Acura is the only one on the list to look at. The other will kill you on repairs when needed.

Out of the group I think the Acura is the least expensive to maintain since Japanese models are usually less than European makes.

Most cars should be under $25,000 if they are 5 years old.

Only 4 are cars. The other two are SUVs. SUVs, no matter how expensive or how many geegaws, are not luxury vehicles.
