The arrival of the 2014 Ford Fiesta is set to seriously spice up the rapidly expanding subcompact segment in Can

A 1.0L 3-cyl unit claims the best fuel economy of any non-hybrid car sold in North America

It’s all exciting stuff for small-car fans. Still, we can’t help being reminded of the saying that there’s nothing truly new under the sun

The 2014 Fiesta is not a full model change, but rather a comprehensive mid-life facelift for the existing architecture that has been on sale in Can since 2009

Ford hasn’t revealed official fuel-consumption data yet, but we’ve seen a figure of 4.3L/100 km combined for the European test

The 1.0 is projected to deliver 123HP and (with temporary over-boost) 148 lbft of torque

Never mind the engine, just feel the steering

I've been waiting for this car for two years now. Glad it's finally hitting north American roads.

"a three-cylinder engine"; how innovative... NOT.

Ford has been coming up with some good ideas over the past few years. Nice to see them moving forward.

I hope that this thing is built better than the original Fiesta which was runnier than a Campbell's soup can.

"...claims the best fuel economy..."

Claims who? Ford, like they did their C-Max and their Fusion Hybrids. Now they are paying C-Max customers back for "overstating" mpg. Cannot beleive any mileage claims anymore.
