Drivers who hit the road over the Labor Day holiday will enjoy a flashback when they pull up to the pump. Prices in Texas and San Antonio are expected to be the lowest since 2010, experts say.
The price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas in San Antonio has dropped 8 cents in the last month to $3.39 a gallon, and the cost of gas is expected to continue to decline this year.

Tom Kloza, chief oil analyst at GasBuddy.com, which tracks prices, expects that prices in Texas and along much of the Gulf Coast to drop to $3 a gallon by year's end. That's a repeat of last year, when gas hit a 12-month low of $3.01 a gallon on Dec. 19 in San Antonio, according to GasBuddy. Falling gas prices this fall “would be great. That would be great but I won't get my hopes up too much since we are still at $3.42 at most stations in SW,FL. We need the prices to go down a lot more.

Oh, you know they are gathering excuses to raise prices back up. Unrest in Egypt, hurricanes, Labor Day (OK, that's NOT a reason, but a target date). Enjoy low (ha!) Prices while they're here!

We really just need to use less and then the cost per gallon isn’t such a big deal. Traders are doing a balancing act, trying to see how much we can adjust to higher prices without changing our lifestyles because once we cut back, we will not go back to using more just because we can afford it.

What is this keep falling thing? About a month ago price went up $0.20 in a couple weeks to $3.65! Going by the same station tonight they were selling for $3.65!!!

After posting this I see we are lucky they haven't gone up like a lot of other people! GREED rules AGAIN!!!
