The Ford Taurus entered the market in 1986 and quickly became the Ford Motor Company’s top selling model. This model is still manufactured today and has undergone numerous changes since its inception. The Ford Taurus is a widely popular full sized sedan, but has encountered several problems over the years. Some common Ford Taurus problems include trouble with the suspension components, transmission issues and windshield wiper problems.

They are doing well, but entirely too plasticized for me and they have been getting even more so.

"I have heard for years that Mechanics hate the the Taurus."

It's probably just a matter of perception. My son is a world class certified Auto Technician and he hates all Chrysler products. I think unfairly so, but he's the one who has to work on them.

It may be called a Taurus, but it sure aint anything like the original.
It may be called a Malibu, but aint no 69 Malibu FWD!
It may be called a Challenger, and it sure does resemble the original. However, since the (union) "bailout," aint no GM or Chrysler for me.
