This could also go for the bicyclist. Remember when horses owned the road. Bicycles came before the Auto. Share the road people, we all pay TAXES.

You don't have to register or insure them, just put a plate on the back with big MOPED letters and you are set

In our state, they are supposed to operated like a bicycle, drive on the right hand side of the road. Nothing like driving in a 45 MPH zone and suddenly come up on a 25 MPH moped.
