That sounds about right. As long as it is $1 billion per person/creature affected. Living and deceased. Anyone that lives, visits or works in the area or eats seafood from the Gulf Of Mexico. And let US not forget about the creatures of the area. Some of the photos show US how disastrous this was to their home and health.
