How are you going to get the refined product to where it is needed. You still need a pipeline or railroad cars. The feds won't need to lift a finger, the banks will do it for them. Hopefully this will start a trend of more and more refineries producing more and more gasoline and diesel and maybe, just maybe we'll see $3.00 per gallon here on the west coast.

Red tape, EPA, Tree Huggers,,,ect will slow construction down or bring it to a halt.
