It’s too bad that the program is in the Mid-Atlantic as there are no Exxon gas stations here in Northern California. I would love to see Safeway work with one of the gas companies here on such a program. Examples of gas companies here in Northern California: Valero, 76, Chevron, Beacon, and Shell.
I sure do miss the 3 cent discount that Safeway use to offer.

Every gas station gets gas from the most convenient refinery. It has nothing to do with the brand.
