Cuomo has never heard about bonds. Shifting to private is a poor bad idea, much like the proposed financing scheme for the Tappan Zee Bridge work!

The "children" in Washington took over 60 days to approve emergency relief aid this month for New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. That is far too long.
