After all, didn't they just buy an oil company from Canada for 15 billion in "Walmart" cash. They can't wait for the benefits they will receive from the Keystone pipeline.

Who is doing the drilling for them? 30 years ago, China had no drilling industry.. Are we shipping our oil technology to China? What do we get in return? High fuel price at the pump?

You mean like those relatively new sky scrapers that had to be torn down because the foundation tipped? You mean the bridges that collapsed when less than a decade old? You mean the satellites they managed to launch after stealing technology from the west? You mean coupled with its slave labor...worked 14-18 hours a day.... China will always have some degree of success. At least this may keep some of the people there from freezing to death.
