Delaware taxpayers appear to be getting soaked twice under a deal in which the Democratic governor loaned $21.5 million to a hybrid electric carmaker to set up shop in the state. The company has yet to produce a car in Delaware, and taxpayers are footing the electric bill for the idle plant.

Maybe Joe can ask his boss for a tax payer bailout to this liberal state. After all, for Delaware it will be at no cost to them !!

Gee another Democratic following Obama where he uses taxpayer money as a handout to help an automaker make a go of it in Delaware. Obama loaned taxpayer money to an electric hybrid carmaker in CA.

Whatever happened to the law of supply and demand? And why does government think it can mess with the laws of business natural selection? If Fisker can make a product that consumers want to buy, then it wouldn't need government money in the first place! Let the consumer decode whether or not the company can make it.

It is good for government to invest in technologies that benefit society. Some of those investments will not be successful.

This Administration provides one example after another as to why government ought to stay the H out of commercial decisions and operations.

This POTUS and his administration do nothing but funnel taxpayer money into gifts to their campaign supporters and do things to destroy the oil and coal industries that have made America great.
