There always has been climate change since the beginning of the earth's existance throught to our time. There will continue to be climate change because change over time is the natural climatic cycle. Thus all reasonable thinkers accept the fact of climate change.
What is not fact is the hypothisis of man made climate change. How anyone who has any degree of intelligence can think that the miniscule efforts of man can cause a change in the climate is beyond comprehension.
As a side note did not the same very cold winter pattern occur during the winter of 1950-1951 when the Chinese sent 250,000 soldiers to attach the UN forces in Northern North Korea. As memory serves the historians called the extremely frigid cold fronts that winter the Mongolian Express when writing about that winter campaign of the Korean War.

Climate change with dramatic extremes of weather in both winter and summer!
Drastic freeze up of China's northeastern harbors should at least stem the flow of Chinese junk to the USA for the next couple months. Perhaps our few remaining shipyards can build some ice cutters for them!

Send Al Gore over to China so he can convince them of Global Warming and that should thaw out the highways for them.

Much of China still burns coal in there homes to heat them. Part of why they have such bad pollution problems in large populated area's. They will need lots of coal this year it seems.

Not as much as you might suspect. Most buildings south of the Yangtze River do not have any type of central heating. Space heaters and lots of layers.
