OK! Nut they did not deliberately sit by and watch it happen. But where are the fines and criminal charges against Obama, Rice, and many other administration members who ignored multiple requests for embassy security, watched the terrorist attack on our embassy, failed for 7 hours to send help to our ambassador, made up a story of spontaneous attack caused by a factual video that no one ever heard of, arrested and jailed the film on fraudulent pretexts and endangered his and his family's lives for years to come, fraudulently modified the Petraeus report to cover up the terrorists attack which they already knew about and had watched real time, sent Rice out to lie to all the news media while Obama lied likewise and even continued to lie days later to "the View" and to the United Nations just to cover up his own lies about Al Qaeda and to get re-elected. Where are the charges? Where are the fines? Where are we as Americans to tolerate such fraud?

The rig supervisors should build their defense supporting the contention they were following corporate procedures with a reasonable regard to safety. That, along with the fact they weren't fired for their actions, points the finger back to the higher-ups.
