HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Pennsylvania convenience store chain says it's just now feeling the effects of Superstorm Sandy, three weeks after the massive storm moved into the area.

Sheetz stores in central Pennsylvania reported running out of 87 and 89 octane gasoline over the weekend. A company spokeswoman says the shortage is a delayed reaction to the storm that made landfall late last month.

Wrongo. The problem is with gov't regulators who won't let the price float--allowing market conditions to move gas to where it is needed.

The funny thing is I have not heard anything about gas shortages in a week anywhere. Now this comes to light... I'm suspicious.
