Replace the valve springs with the same valve drivetrain of a Formula One engine and redline the 3.5 L eco boost engine @ 20,000 RPM. Then add a supercharger and we might have something.

Although none of the vehicles mentioned in this article fulfill our transportation needs, one has to offer congratulations to Ford for this accomplishment. Those who have their transportation needs met by these Ford offerings will be able to seriously consider a US manufactured product.

Now if Ford or the other two could get their pickup trucks higher than 23mpg, that would be something.

I'd rather get a Ford because they refused to let the Gov't bail them out.

Ford reports that, by 2013, more than 90 percent of its North American lineup will be available with an EcoBoost engine.

eight vehicles? interesting how Ford counts their vehicles. surprised they don't report by color so it sounds even better. maybe they can now work on quality issues
