General Motors is recalling 12,626 model year 2013 Cadillac XTS vehicles manufactured from October 12, 2011, through August 30, 2012, for failing to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 202 -- "Head Restraints."

Government Motors' best car is probably a Buick. Most of the Caddies I see around here are blinged out Chevrolets.

Government Motors put the "MARK OF EXCELLENCE" on all their vehicles. Then, as fast as they could, no "MARK OF EXCELLENCE" on their vehicles. They've even taken down the "MARK OF EXCELLENCE" from the local Chevrolet dealer. However, they still have a "GM CERTIFIED USED VEHICLES" sign. Guess they ran out of money before they could remove that "MARK OF EXCELLENCE!"

Being Government Motors, they figured they did not have to meet government standards.

this has the "sounds" of excessive safety, but once again, it's a recall.
