Great product for gas engines that are not being used for extended periods. Your carburetor will thank you!

You should say what product that is, but I know it is probably a product called "Sta-bil" sold at your local Wal-Mart.

Sta-Bil produces a more potent formula for marine use and is applicable to cars as well.

PRI-G by Power Research is a very well known fuel stabilizer formulated for E10. It usually gets good reviews from users.

Ethanol Defense by Bell Labs is claimed to make E10 act like E0 and is supposed to stabilize the fuel as well. I have been using this product for the last couple of tanks and it shows indications of real promise.

If you are referring to Sta-bil, I use it constantly and always have good results, especially with this ethanol laced gasoline crap we are getting now.

Had to use that stuff for the three years I lived in Michigan. Leaving a can of fuel or a lawn mower tank partially full over a winter leave a mess if you do use a stabilizer.

Who has a carburetor anymore. I do not use it in my small engines and they sit for long periods. Never had a problem.

Agreed. It keeps gas from going stale and fouling injectors.
