The marinas in our area only sell premium gas. Reason given is that the premium does not contain ethanol which can be detrimental when used on boats with for example fibreglass tanks. The absorption of water during winter storage is also a problem.

In Ontario, is all premium gas ethanol free?

Husky and Co-op premium has ethanol but Shell's premium is all gas no ethanol.

There is a station near that sells premium that does not have ethanol. Is kind of pricey though.

No it is not. The non-ehtanol stations are scarce but they are out there. There are currently 48 stations in ontario and they can be found here: /index.jsp?stateprov=ON
