Maybe Coop will weigh in and know it. Or what ever happened to JrFan? He always knew this stuff and surely the ice is starting to thaw by now. :)

I'm not having any luck finding this one. Anyone else? You may have a stumper, Ceeline.

Finish this quote from Col. Blake: "One extra brandy at the club and I have to leave ____ ____ ____ ____ _____ _____."

Good Luck...the words have to be precise to be right...

LOL Ruptured Duck. My ears don't hear as well as they once did either, Coop. Some of the things I hear incorrectly crack me up after I learn what was really being said.

I actually misspelled his last name. It's Brooke. Rupert Brooke is a legit poet of English origins. I read at least one of his poems in some college class. Probably only one. Never studied him in depth.

I'll be out of pocket tomorrow. Will look for a new question on Monday.

For a while, I thought Radar was saying Ruptured Duck, till I listened more closely and heard Brook. We may have said Rupert, but who knows.

Go ahead, Ceeline.

Ruptured may have been the way Radar first pronounced his first name. Seems like it was now that I think back in my memories. It was Rupert Brook, so close enough. And Ceeline got the Klinger part of the question. So who wants the next one? :)

Coop -- Ruptured? Is that a typo. Because it's close and Brook is correct.

Klinger is right. Keats is wrong. So we're half way there. Good job, Ceeline. Ready to ring in, Coop?

Ruptured Brook

That was the author. That was when Klinger got a letter from Laverne agreeing to marry him.

Okay. In one episode Radar borrows a book of poetry from someone in an effort to impress a nurse he has a crush on. Whom did he borrow the book from and who was the poet?

In the episode where a ceasefire is announced, and they think they are going home, who writes "Compliments of a friend" in Radar's scrapbook?

It's not about taxing the memory, tbucks, so much as it is that the memories fade. When I was able to watch a couple of episodes a day most days, all of the memories stayed more fresh in my mind. But I am still willing to dig. :)

Do we have another question while we organize our march on TV Land?

Don't say "tax" to loud, the gov might get the idea. That wouldn't get too much from my memory.

I know how you feel, 97. I can't get MASH on my TV, but that doesn't stop me from guessing. Sometimes it's more fun to tax my memory than watch an episode for an answer.

This thread is less thrilling for me right now as MASH is not airing where I can watch it. DVD player is broken and I will get it fixed rather than buying a new one because it also has VHS. It's just not real high on the priority list. Not being able to see the show may currently affect my ability to answer questions (because it's just not as fresh on my mind) and ergo my enthusiasm, but I'm glad to see the thread kept alive and super happy to see stumpers. :)

unless tbucks has it, I believe you have a stumper on your hands, prince. :) And yeah, the "ep" is me asking for the episode name. Thanks!

97, what does "Would you like to give ep name?" mean?

I'm not tracking.Maybe it means I have a stumper.

Maybe it means we all like Squigy's questions better....
I don't know....
