Let's keep this great thread going:

Why didn't the chocolate bars, that Winchester gave to orphanage for Christmas, make it to the orphans?

Tbucks! I knew you'd get one someday. LOL Love the Col. Mustard Part.

Seriously, Prince got it right first. Coop provided additional details. So which of you would like to ask the next question? And thanks for playing!

He needed 5 days on the line to earn the CIB (Combat Infantry Badge). Without combat, its hard to move up to general, which he wanted to do so he could retire as such.

Col. Potter got more than one person who wasn't fit for field command removed during his tenure on the show. In one case, it was an old friend who only needed a short amount of extra time in the field to ensure himself a promotion before retirement. How many days did that person need? Bonus points if you can tell me his name.

Oh what a Prince. I'll dig something up tonight. And I promise to have time to check in for answers by Thursday. Will try to check in sooner. Wish me luck. My real estate licensing exam is on Wed.

Maybe Coop will weigh in and know it. Or what ever happened to JrFan? He always knew this stuff and surely the ice is starting to thaw by now. :)

Finish this quote from Col. Blake: "One extra brandy at the club and I have to leave ____ ____ ____ ____ _____ _____."

Good Luck...the words have to be precise to be right...

LOL Ruptured Duck. My ears don't hear as well as they once did either, Coop. Some of the things I hear incorrectly crack me up after I learn what was really being said.

I actually misspelled his last name. It's Brooke. Rupert Brooke is a legit poet of English origins. I read at least one of his poems in some college class. Probably only one. Never studied him in depth.

I'll be out of pocket tomorrow. Will look for a new question on Monday.

For a while, I thought Radar was saying Ruptured Duck, till I listened more closely and heard Brook. We may have said Rupert, but who knows.

Go ahead, Ceeline.

Ruptured may have been the way Radar first pronounced his first name. Seems like it was now that I think back in my memories. It was Rupert Brook, so close enough. And Ceeline got the Klinger part of the question. So who wants the next one? :)

Coop -- Ruptured? Is that a typo. Because it's close and Brook is correct.

Ruptured Brook

That was the author. That was when Klinger got a letter from Laverne agreeing to marry him.

Okay. In one episode Radar borrows a book of poetry from someone in an effort to impress a nurse he has a crush on. Whom did he borrow the book from and who was the poet?

It's not about taxing the memory, tbucks, so much as it is that the memories fade. When I was able to watch a couple of episodes a day most days, all of the memories stayed more fresh in my mind. But I am still willing to dig. :)

Do we have another question while we organize our march on TV Land?
