Probably would not be that big of a deal, but traffic stacked up at my exit because of it.

A waste of time if you ask me !!

There is rarely an accident and really no need to have the traffic back up at the entrance ramp right after Rufe Snow. If you travel that way, have you ever noticed how all of a sudden traffic speeds up for no reason between the Rufe Snow entrance ramp and the Halthom Road exit?. Rubber neckers and perceived traffic conditions contributes to 85% of the traffic in that area alone in my estimation. When I was in Pittsburgh recently I notice the highway department actually has a sign that says something to the effect of "Please allow drivers to merge in front of you" (Best drivers I have seen.
