Got an email from Gasbuddy saying I had 1550 points so I was eligible to enter the contest. When I logged in, it said I had less than half of that amount. Either you stole some of my points, OR you sent out an email with false information. EITHER would be reason enough to stop using this site. FIX the problem or do NOT send me anymore email!

I haven't received one of those emails, but I understand that there is an opt out link in those emails one can click on if they want to be removed from receiving further emails from GasBuddy Organization.

As a side note, if it weren't for the email serving as a reminder, the OP may never have returned to GB.

Stole points?

Your first and only post, after being a member for over three years is to accuse GB of stealing points?

This made my day.

As I write this, you have an amazing total point count of 1,970. Is it possible that you spent some of your points on a ticket between when the email was sent and then received and you logged into your account?

Or, are you maybe looking at the wrong point total - the daily point total?
