If I have a CITGO (as example) station on my FSL and click on the CITGO name I get a list of CITGO stations. If I click on the station on the price list I go to the station details. It would be nice if could go to the station details easily from the FSL as you can from the price list.

I like this idea TxJeans. And it would be nice, but exceptionally hard to program, to link back to you FSL from the station details, but you could just use your back icon on your browser.

And, although it should be too obvious to be said, no one expects unexpected behavior here unless his GBO age is greater than a few days. :-)

I agree with this. We get different results and from the FSL and from a search results list of stations. Since the concept is "drill down" when one clicks on a station name it should lead to the next level of detail, which in this case should be the station details page, not a search for other stations of the same brand. Having it operate differently depending on the starting point is unexpected behavior.

This suggestion has been added to the Suggestion Tracking List as a new subject.

This suggestion makes sense and should be very simple to do.

Background: When you click the Station Name in a FSL, it does an all-area search for stations having that name and for the widest site time window (24-hours, 36-hours, etc) in effect at the time, rather than pull up a canned list as one might think. This may be a fine point, but it should be kept in mind, because, for example, should a station be OLD, it won't appear on the list. Let's call this process "name-search" for reference.

So, to implement your suggestion, rather than having the Station Name in the FSL link to a name-search* as it currently does, the Station Name should instead link to the Station Detail page** exactly as it does from the price lists. And that's all that has to be done, because you don't really lose the name-search as one might think. Every Station Detail page has a Search for some-name Gas Stations link on it, which, again is nothing but a name-search. So, the name search is just one click further away, which is no big deal. Easy peasy.
