I normally post the credit card price which is also the same price as the cash price, but there are some stations that add an additional sign for paying in cash (reduced price.) What is the preference for posting the costs of gas when making gas price reports.

As TxJeans posted, the cash price is the one that should be posted unless there is no difference between the cash & credit price.

The policy has switched a few times but you might want to read the FAQs here:
FAQ18

You should be posting the cash price unless it is a discount based on something such as a car wash, or membership.
